Alcha Store in Santiniketan stocks things designed and made primarily in Santiniketan under the “Abakash” label. However, in its five years of existence, it has entered into relationships with like minded producers across India and occasionally stock their wares.

To enhance the Alcha Store experience Alcha also runs a cafe (next door) which is open for breakfast and evening snacks. The Alcha cafe has a tiny bookstore and a reasonable collection of books in its lending library.
